HEATED HOSE

    Whenever media needs to be transported from a device or a system to some other part of the device or system, and the piping cannot be rigidly installed, flexible heated hose lines can be used for transportation purposes. In the majority of applications, it is a requirement to maintain the product temperature at a constant level, irrespective of the temperature fluctuations in the system or the ambient temperature.

    Available in 350mm, 450mm and 1000mm with ½” BSP threaded end fittings and 10mm exit bore with short delivery time. The 10mm bore end fitting has a maximum compression load at 250 C of dynamic 195 bar static 309 bar and a minimum bend radius of 175mm.
    Hoses up to 2000mm long with a range of bore sizes and end fittings are also available by special order
